  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, personalized/customized items, and downloadable digital products.
  1. Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  1. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only.
  • Contact our support within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.
  1. Return/Exchange Process

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.

3. Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery Locations
  • We currently ship across India.
  • For deliveries outside India, please contact info@inti-mind.com.
  1. Shipping Methods & Charges
  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Shipping charges depend on location, product weight, and selected shipping method.
  1. Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics, holidays) may occur.
  1. Tracking
  • Tracking details will be emailed/SMSed once the product is shipped.
  1. Damaged or Lost Shipments
  • Inspect items on delivery and report any damages immediately.
  • Claims for lost or damaged items will be reviewed case-by-case and resolved promptly.
