This Policy applies to all Users accessing online sexual and mental health counselling services, including chat, audio, and video consultations.

IntiMind recognises that health information is sensitive in nature and adopts heightened standards of confidentiality and security.

  • Contact details (mobile number, email address)
  • Login credentials

2.2 Health Information

  • Information voluntarily shared during consultations
  • Chat transcripts, call summaries, and clinical notes

  • Device and app usage data
  • IP address, logs, session metadata

2.4 Financial Information

  • Payment transaction details processed via secure third-party gateways
    (IntiMind does not store card or banking information.)

  1. USE OF INFORMATION

Information is collected and used solely for:

  • Providing counselling and wellness services
  • Ensuring continuity and quality of care
  • Appointment management and follow-ups
  • Legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations
  • Secure billing and payments

IntiMind does not sell, rent, or commercially exploit personal or health data.


  1. CONFIDENTIALITY OF COUNSELLING

All counselling sessions are treated as strictly confidential.
