- Refund & Return Policy
- Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, personalized/customized items, and downloadable digital products.
- Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only.
- Contact our support within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.
- Return/Exchange Process

- We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
3. Shipping Policy
- Delivery Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- For deliveries outside India, please contact info@inti-mind.com.
- Shipping Methods & Charges
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Shipping charges depend on location, product weight, and selected shipping method.
- Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics, holidays) may occur.
- Tracking
- Tracking details will be emailed/SMSed once the product is shipped.
- Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Inspect items on delivery and report any damages immediately.
- Claims for lost or damaged items will be reviewed case-by-case and resolved promptly.
