  1. Shipping Rules

A. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Pre-orders or out-of-stock items may have extended processing times; customers will be notified via email.

B. Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Reliable and cost-effective, delivered within 3–7 business days depending on location.
  • Express Shipping: Fast delivery within 1–3 business days (available in Metro & Tier-2 cities only, additional Rs.100–Rs.150).
  • COD (Cash on Delivery): Available for orders Rs.500+ in India, Rs.30 COD handling fee may apply.

C. Free Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping is applicable based on order value thresholds as mentioned in the table above.
  • Free shipping applies to standard delivery only, not express shipping.

D. Tracking & Notifications

  • Customers receive tracking details via email/SMS once the order is shipped.
  • Delivery updates are provided until the package reaches the customer.

E. Delivery Attempt & Returns

  • Courier services will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
  • If the order is not delivered, it will be returned to the warehouse.
  • Customers must contact support@intimind.com to reschedule delivery or arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

F. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Inspect products at the time of delivery.
  • Report damaged or missing items within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
  • IntiMind Private Limited is not liable for delays due to courier disruptions, natural calamities, or incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • All products are shipped in protective packaging to prevent damage.
  • Fragile or electronic items may have additional bubble wrap or hard boxes for secure shipping.
  • Sustainable packaging is preferred where possible.

  • International shipping is currently available on request.
  • Charges depend on destination, product weight, and courier partner.
  • Delivery timelines typically 7–14 business days, excluding customs clearance delays.
